Founded in 2012, ConPRmetidos is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and connecting human capital to address Puerto Rico’s needs, driving alliances and designing solutions to create a stable, productive and self-sufficient Puerto Rico. This organization operates two key programs: the Collaborative Impact Program and El Comeback.

The Collaborative Impact Program (CIP) develops human capital and creates social impact initiatives through workforce training and strengthening the capacity of NGOs.

El Comeback is a platform connecting professionals with Puerto Rico-based jobs. We help move Puerto Rico’s economy forward by retaining and bringing talent to the Island.

Committed to Puerto Rico is a fundraising initiative that helps provide stability to our organization so that our team can focus their time and resources on what matters most: helping Puerto Rico!

For the past 12 years, ConPRmetidos' mission has been to help build a stable, productive, and self-sufficient Puerto Rico. Since the two hurricanes that impacted the island in 2017 -Irma and Maria- we have invested $3.3 million in 70 community projects generating an economic impact of over $40 million.
